TICKET PURCHASE

Buying tickets is easy. Select the event you want to attend. You can find out all the details about the event, where it is being held, select the day, time, number of tickets, area, and prices of your choice... all in one application. The online ticket purchasing system is subject to current Spanish legislation. Therefore, sales transactions will be understood to have been made at the address of the University of Navarra Museum, Campus Universitario s/n, 31080-Pamplona (Spain).

 

MINIMUM PURCHASE AGE

The minimum age for purchasing tickets is 16 years old. In any case, the minimum recommended age for attending the specific event must be respected. The user is solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the information provided during the purchase process.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Tickets can be paid for with the following credit or debit cards: VISA or Mastercard.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation message with the ticket attached. You can print your ticket if you wish, or you can also show it on your mobile phone when you arrive at the selected event. This email may not arrive in your inbox, as some email providers detect it as spam. We recommend that you always check your "Junk Mail" folder as well.

If you made your purchase by phone, you will not receive this confirmation and must go to the museum reception desk to collect your ticket.

 

EXCHANGE, RETURN, CANCELLATION, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. Exchanges and returns

No changes or refunds will be accepted for tickets that have already been purchased, except in the event of cancellation of the event or possible technical or operational incidents. The inability to attend an event or show, an error made when purchasing the ticket(s), or bad weather conditions do not entitle the purchaser to a refund of the ticket or the price.

In the event of suspension of the event once more than half of the announced duration has elapsed, the purchaser shall not be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.

The user may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination, in accordance with current regulations on consumer affairs and retail trade.

2. Cancellation of events

In the event of cancellation of the event, refunds may be requested within fifteen (15) business days from the date of public announcement of the cancellation of the show. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.

The University of Navarra Museum, through its ticket sales service, aims to facilitate the purchase of tickets by the public, managing their distribution on behalf of and for the account of the promoter. For this reason, the University of Navarra Museum is expressly exempt from any obligation and/or liability that corresponds to the promoter.

For purchases made by phone, online, or at ATMs, ticket refunds will be automatically credited to the card* used to make the purchase within approximately 3 to 15 business days.

For purchases made at the museum reception desk, returns must be processed at the same point of sale where they were purchased.

 

INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with current data protection legislation, we inform you that:

A. The entity responsible for processing personal data is the University of Navarra, with tax identification number R3168001J and registered office at Campus Universitario s/n, 31009 Pamplona.

B. The purpose of the processing is to manage ticket purchases for activities at the University of Navarra Museum and, occasionally, to control access to events. 

C. The processing is justified by the need for it in order to provide the contracted service. The data will be kept for as long as it is necessary for this provision, as well as for the legal periods for dealing with possible claims.

D. No transfer of data to third parties is contemplated, except in cases where such data is requested by the competent authority in the exercise of its powers.

E. The University of Navarra recognizes the rights of interested parties to access, rectify, delete, and oppose the processing of their data, among others set forth in thePrivacy Policy.To exercise these rights or obtain more information, please contactdpo@unav.es, indicating "MUN Ticket Purchase" in the text of the message.

WEB CONTENT

The contents of museo.unav.edu are made available to users with information from both its own sources and third parties. The University of Navarra Museum strives to ensure that the contents are of the highest possible quality and reasonably up to date, but does not guarantee their usefulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance, and/or timeliness.

 

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the museo.unav.edu website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, website design, and intellectual property rights that may correspond to said content, as well as all trademarks, trade names, or any other distinctive signs, are the property of the University of Navarra Museum or their legitimate owners, with all rights to this content reserved. These general conditions do not transfer any intellectual or industrial property rights over museo.unav.edu or any of its constituent elements, and users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extraction, reuse, forwarding, or use of any nature, by any means or procedure, of any of them, except in cases where it is legally permitted or authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights.

 

USE OF INFORMATION BY THE MEDIA

The University of Navarra Museum makes images of the building and/or works of art available to communication professionals for use strictly for informational purposes, in accordance with Article 35 of the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law. The use of the photographs of the building and/or works of art provided is limited to informational purposes only. Their reproduction, public communication, and/or distribution for any other purpose is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the University of Navarra Museum. The use of images reproducing works of art is subject to the provisions of current legislation and, in particular, the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law. Users of such images shall be responsible for requesting the necessary authorizations and/or licenses and, where applicable, for paying copyright fees to the owners or the management entities that represent them. The reproduction of images of works of art must in all cases include the credit attached to them. Photographs must be reproduced in their entirety, and the superimposition of images, letters, texts, etc. is prohibited. Any partial reproduction requires the written authorization of the University of Navarra Museum and/or the owner of the rights to the works of art. The University of Navarra Museum shall in no case be liable for any damages that may arise from the unlawful use of reproductions of works of art by unauthorized third parties or from the infringement by such third parties of any legal provision in force.

 

SOCIAL NETWORKS

The presence and dissemination of the University of Navarra Museum by its owners on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr, YouTube, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and any new social networks that may arise in the future, is managed by the University of Navarra Museum. Access to and use of these platforms requires acceptance of the general terms and conditions of each platform and is governed by the rules and privacy policy detailed below. Permitted and prohibited uses on the social media accounts of the University of Navarra Museum

The profiles of the University of Navarra Museum on the aforementioned social media platforms are a space for exchange, knowledge, and dissemination of the exhibitions, shows, film programming, workshops, various activities, and collection of the University of Navarra Museum. Users can publish and exchange information and content, as well as establish communication between users.

Followers of each profile are required to use each platform correctly, comply with the specific rules of each platform, and also comply with the rules detailed here.

The University of Navarra Museum is not responsible for content posted by users and does not identify with any of the opinions that users post on their profiles. Furthermore, the University of Navarra Museum reserves the right to hide or block comments or users that violate the following rules:

  • Advertising. Any content of an advertising nature and/or spam that is unrelated to the subject matter of the University of Navarra Museum's social media posts will be removed.
  • Tone. Comments that insult, disparage, threaten, or offend other users, page administrators, or staff of the University of Navarra Museum and/or the University of Navarra, and/or any third party are not permitted. Therefore, any disrespectful comments will be hidden, and in the event of a repeat offense, the user may be blocked.
  • Security. For security reasons, the publication of personal data in comments is not permitted. Any comments containing personal data may be deleted.
  • Legality. Comments that violate any applicable regulations may be removed.

Intellectual property, industrial property, and third-party rights

The content published on the University of Navarra Museum's social media accounts may be authored and owned by the University of Navarra Museum, or by third parties who have freely published said content on the aforementioned social media accounts and who have previously authorized the University of Navarra Museum to share, disseminate, and/or republish said content (including photographs and videos) on all of the University of Navarra Museum's social media accounts. The University of Navarra Museum will acknowledge the authorship of such users by citing their real name or, failing that, their username.

If the author of content (including photographs and videos) wishes to remove said content, the University of Navarra Museum will respect the right of said user to remove said content (including photographs and videos) from any of our profiles, upon prior notification by private online message through the social network itself or by email to museo@unav.es, indicating "Image removal" in the subject line. The University of Navarra Museum undertakes to remove the image or video as soon as possible, and within a maximum of ten (10) working days.

 

Modifications

The University of Navarra Museum may modify and/or replace these terms of use for its social media at any time, which will replace, supplement, or modify the previously published terms.

 

FRIENDS OF THE MUSEUM PROGRAM

Through museo.unav.edu, the University of Navarra Museum offers its users the opportunity to become members of the "Friends of the Museum" program by completing the online registration form. Payment can be made, depending on the option chosen, by direct debit using the account number provided or by credit card. In both cases, the University of Navarra Museum will keep this bank information on file to manage annual program renewals. Users may access, correct, cancel, or modify this information, or object to its processing at any time, in accordance with our personal data protection policy. Users can learn about all the benefits of the program by consulting the corresponding section on the website.

 

DATA PROTECTION

"In order to use some of the content and services of the University of Navarra Museum, users must first provide certain personal data (the "Personal Data"). The University of Navarra Museum will process the Personal Data automatically for the purposes and under the conditions defined in its Data Protection Policy published at the URL, which users must consult and specifically accept when entering their personal data."

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

"These general terms and conditions and the contractual relationship shall be governed by Spanish law. Except in the case of consumers and users, in which case the provisions of current legislation shall apply, users and the University of Navarra Museum submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Judges and Courts of the city of Pamplona (Spain), in relation to any dispute concerning the validity, effectiveness, compliance, interpretation, execution, or any other matter relating to these General Conditions and the Contractual Relationship. This personal data protection policy (the "Data Protection Policy") forms part of the General Conditions of the website hosted under the domain name www.museo.unav.edu, as well as other domains registered for the same institution: www.unav.es/museo, www.museumuniversityofnavarra.com Any term used that is not expressly defined in the Data Protection Policy shall have the meaning attributed to it in the General Terms and Conditions.

This Data Protection Policy regulates the collection and subsequent processing by the University of Navarra Museum of users' personal data, as a result of their access to and use of museo.unav.edu.

Conditions for participation in the activity

The activities for children and young people at the University of Navarra Museum aim to help develop multiple intelligences (intrapersonal and interpersonal, visual, linguistic, naturalistic, kinesthetic, musical, etc.), as well as creativity and different skills, such as learning to look and think through art in a playful way. To this end, it is of the utmost importance to create an atmosphere of coexistence and mutual respect with educators, in which children feel comfortable and safe.

Therefore, those who register participants for the activity declare that they are the legal guardians of the minor or have obtained authorization from those who are, and accept the conditions set forth below:

1. The minor agrees to comply with the standard rules of behavior and coexistence during the activity, and to treat other participants, educators, and other people involved in the activity with courtesy. In particular, they agree to follow the instructions they receive for the orderly conduct of the activity and for their own safety and that of other participants.

2. The organization reserves the right to expel participants in cases of serious or repeated non-compliance with the above rules or instructions. Parents or guardians will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the participant, as well as any compensation for damages caused to the Museum, the University of Navarra, or third parties.

3. The organization reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary for the better development of the activities.

4. The organization is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

5. In the event that the minor requires medical treatment due to an accident or sudden illness, and it has not been possible to locate his or her parents or guardians, those responsible for the activity are authorized to take the measures they deem most appropriate for the minor's health.

[ ] I authorize the University of Navarra Museum to capture images and/or videos of the minor enrolled in the activity and to use them in the preparation of publications, both in paper and electronic format, such as brochures, websites, and public profiles of the Museum on social networks, etc.

[ ] I give my express consent for the University of Navarra to use my data and that of the minor for the purpose of managing the minor's participation in the activity. This data may also be used to inform parents or guardians of future activities of the same or similar nature to those in which they enroll their children. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time, without this affecting the processing already carried out, and that I may exercise my rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability, among others mentioned in thePrivacy Policy. If I have any questions about privacy at the University of Navarra or wish to exercise my rights, I can contact the University's Data Protection Officer atdpo@unav.es(*).
