Masterclass with Antonio Simón, director of Waiting for Godot
|
|
The director of the play Waiting for Godot will share with the audience and students the work carried out in this Pentación production. Antonio Simón's career has focused on 20th-century and contemporary repertoire. He was the first director in Spain to stage works by authors such as J. Pommerat, D. Keene, G. Tabori, D. Harrower, and J. Fosse. He has also staged classics by Sophocles and Lope de Vega. Like his teaching methods, his poetics are based on working with actors as the foundation of his staging. Free admission upon collection of an invitation at the box office until full capacity is reached.
