Pérez Cruz's voice and Falú's guitar become pure emotion, drawing us closer to the mystery.
Juan Falú and Sílvia Pérez Cruz met on stage on several occasions until they finally recorded Lentamente together, an album released in 2024.
Singing with Juan is freedom, it is music in its purest form, there is no thought, it is feeling and flight. Listening to him is a beauty that fills me, surprises me, moves me. His counterpoints, his silences, how he tells what he tells and the infinite weight of what he does not touch. It is a true honor to accompany and feel accompanied by Juan Falú.
Sílvia Pérez Cruz, April 2024
Meeting Sílvia Pérez Cruz was one of the most sublime experiences of my musical life.
The dialogue between voice and guitar resembles an open-ended conversation with spontaneous words full of meaning. A resounding communion. Silvia doesn't just sing. She speaks, shouts, whispers, laughs, and cries, all with overflowing musicality. That voice intertwined with my guitar reminds me of the sacredness of music.

Silvia Perez Cruz
She is one of the most breathtaking voices to have emerged in recent times; in the words of Jorge Drexler, "a voice that marks a generation." A singer and songwriter, she has released eight solo albums and collaborated with many national and international artists. She frequently interacts with other artistic disciplines such as dance, film, theater, and poetry. She has been awarded prestigious prizes such as the Goya Award for Best Original Song (Ai, ai, ai, 2017), the Max Award for Best Composition for a Stage Show (Grito pelao, 2019), and the National Contemporary Music Award (2022) for "the creative and interpretive quality of her career, her naturalness, versatility, and audacity of his work, and his unwavering commitment to beauty," among others.
In April 2023 , she released Toda la vida, un día (Sony Music Spain), her most recent work. Natalia Lafourcade and Salvador Sobral, among many others, collaborated on the album. Sílvia has performed this album live in more than 80 concerts between 2023 and 2024. She has also recently performed several shows with the Territorios project alongside Liliana Herrero and Maria Gadú, a European and US tour with Damien Rice, and two different programs with a symphony orchestra, among other projects. Her collaboration on two songs from Residente's recently released album, Las letras ya no importan (Sony Music, 2024), offers an accurate portrait of her projection and versatility.
