3x3. Jon Maya, Cesc Gelabert, and Israel Galván

Three roots, three personalities, three perspectives meet on a bridge that connects their trajectories and brings their contemporary gaze back to their roots. The bridge is the University of Navarra Museum and María Josefa Huarte's collection; the vehicle is her dance.

THE SHOW

Dancers and choreographers Cesc Gelabert, Israel Galván, and Jon Maya will work at the University of Navarra Museum in relation to the work and exhibition spaces of Tàpies, Palazuelo, and Chillida, respectively. The audience will take a tour of the rooms dedicated to the aforementioned artists and encounter the work of each dancer separately. To conclude, the audience will be able to enjoy a joint choreography by the three dancers in the same space. This is an idea by Jon Maya with choreography by Cesc Gelabert, which, in its final phase, will be developed during a residency at the museum.
