Once again, Museo en Danza brings dance to campus and offers the entire university community an opportunity to experience contemporary dance.

On this occasion, the cycle brings us the creation of Dácil González and Carmen Fumero, two dancers with long and fruitful careers who are joining forces for the first time in a creative project in which they share their knowledge and experience based on mutual admiration and a personal understanding of the body and the stage. They are joined by composer and singer Aurora Arteaga to create a piece in which appearance and reality are the subject matter.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

"A crack gives way to a gap through which to look and be observed, a crack in the skin or on a surface; something moves to form it, within us, or perhaps we are breaking the space in which we find ourselves, breaking ourselves.

And the hollow becomes a throat, and turns into a resonating instrument that vibrates, breaks and lengthens, allowing air to flow to the rest of the body... A body that is sometimes fierce, sometimes gentle, but always alive."
