CONTEMPORARY DANCE WORKSHOP. DANIEL ABREU
Theoretical and practical dance workshop aimed at anyone interested in dance, movement, and expression. No experience is necessary to participate, but you must be willing to move your body and attend both sessions of the workshop.

In this workshop, we will explore and put into practice the unique aspects of the technique that dancers acquire during their learning process and subsequently in their daily practice: the body's points of support, the direction of movement, the message, the context... The dancer as a communicator and creator.
There will be room for improvisation and the development of short sequences or movement patterns. Simple techniques for composing choreographic phrases will be taught in order to explore physical creativity and understand what it means to compose a choreography or a physical script.Requirements for this workshop:
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and socks.
If the skin on your knees is very sensitive, you can bring soft knee pads, although it is not necessary.
A notebook and pen in case you want to take notes.
And a suggestion: if you have significant injuries or pain, this may not be the right time to take this course.
