Musicae Artis

Performance by 120 auroros from Pamplona, Olite, and Peralta on the campus of the University of Navarra. The performance will include the premiere of an Aurora dedicated to La Virgen del Amor Hermoso (Our Lady of Beautiful Love) of the University of Navarra.

The performers will be stationed at various points around the University of Navarra campus (Ermita, Crucero, and the Patio of the Central Building) to gather the different audiences until they reach the Museum. Once there, they will sing several auroras in the exhibition halls and premiere the first aurora dedicated to the Virgin of Beautiful Love in the Museum theater.

PROGRAM

They leave from different points on campus at 6:15 p.m. and all converge at the museum at 6:45 p.m. There they will sing in different rooms and at 7 p.m. they will premiere Aurora a la Virgen del Amor Hermoso (Dawn to the Virgin of Beautiful Love) in the theater.

AUROROS

The auroros have a lifestyle. Early risers and self-sacrificing, friends of harmony and concord, cooperative in their role, both in voices and instruments when there are accompaniments, of high spiritual sensitivity. There is no festival in their respective localities that they are not present at. Neither Christmas charity festivals nor church events such as first masses and patron saint celebrations are complete without their participation. They practice 1cpluriempleo 1d, alternating between being participants or choir directors, festival organizers, and participants in galas or similar events, as long as there is a good cause involved.

And, of course, their somewhat familial bond is evident in the care they provide to the sick and their active participation in funerals when one of them passes away. That is why the Aurora university day is something of a tribute to this institution that fills us with joy, to these people who sacrifice their time, art, and comforts to give us the best of themselves: faith turned into art, joy, song, friendship, and heart.
