MUN Creative Campus

We help you create your theater company with the support of Liuba Cid and the entire Campus Creativo team. We put you in touch with people who share your enthusiasm and commitment to theater, as well as providing tools and resources to support your project. 

The program seeks to identify individuals like you who want to act, direct, or produce theater at the University of Navarra. Create complementary teams, support each other if you already know each other and/or have a specific idea... 

Count on us to make the theater company you would like to belong to a reality. The necessary training, rehearsal space, costume and prop resources...

Campus Creativo is committed to promoting and supporting theater at the University. After seeing the success of the auditions year after year and confirming the high level and interest that exists in theater groups, we offer you our expert knowledge in theater production and performance, training in the most effective tools for directing, and support for specific courses in playwriting.

During the first semester, you will be able to attend production and performance classes in the Museum's classrooms, and in preparation for the fortnight of university theater at Civivox, you will be able to work on your projects in the Museum's spaces.

In addition, the play will be included in the nomination to represent it at the University of Navarra Museum Theater.

Liuba Cid

Doctorate Cum Laude in Arts and Humanities from Rey Juan Carlos University and Member of the Spanish Academy of Performing Arts. Born in Havana (Cuba), where she graduated in Performing Arts from the University of the Arts, specializing in Theater Direction and Acting, obtaining a Gold Diploma. She has studied under Italian director Eugenio Barba and German playwright Heiner Müller.

She has directed more than 50 theatrical productions, devoting much of her stage work to contemporary interpretations of the classics of the Golden Age. She has published several books on theater technique and specialized articles on theater, and has received awards such as the 2020 National University Theater Award. She is currently a professor of Art Theory in the Humanities Department at Rey Juan Carlos University, director of Mephisto Teatro, and editorial coordinator at Ediciones Cumbres.
