Requirements for participation in the Orchestra

The University of Navarra Symphony Orchestra offers you the opportunity to be part of a young ensemble that participates in projects and events both independently and in collaboration with other institutions. It is made up of university-aged students. Each academic year, students from the University and other centers are offered the opportunity to train and belong to a high-quality symphonic ensemble. Conducted by Borja Quintas, its activities take place throughout the academic year under the guidance of leading professionals from the music scene and culminate in public performances.

Inspired by the orchestras of the most prestigious universities in the United States and Central Europe, its aim is to enhance the role of the arts and music in the university environment and to establish itself as a leading youth orchestra. It also seeks to strengthen links and exchanges with other national and international universities through music, which is why each year the orchestra carries out projects in collaboration with other institutions.

Auditions are open to all students at the University of Navarra, as well as students from other universities and institutions such as conservatories and music schools.

If you study at the University of Navarra, joining the Symphony Orchestra opens the door to becoming part of the Artistic Talent program.
